What to do??

Hi..I have done B.Tech in Textile Technology and have 2 yrs of work experience in Garment sector. Then I planned to switch to IT and did course in networking. And currently working as a Tech Support Engineer. But I dun like ths job too and studying SAP- MM module to become a SAP functional consultant. ANd I am especially interested in retail sector. So Am I taking a corerct steps. What other knowledge I need to excel asa SAp MM consultant. Do I need to go for MBA in IT or Retail after that ???? (it is my childhood dreams to do MBA) ...
