When is Tomb Raider Underworld Going to come out?

I have waiting for tomb raider underworld for PS2 for some time now. And I went to bestbuy and their site said Dec. 22. I waited till Dec 22 still no tomb raider. I went to gamestop site and they said jan 2. I looked today and the site said Feb. 2 or 3 of O9!!. I am starting to get very fustrated. Can someone please tell the Actual Real Release date for Tomb Raider Underworld for PS2. Much Appreciated ( :
