PLEASE READ IM DEAD CONFUSED!!?

OKK! so iam like very light brown skin color..but my feet are soooooo PALE WHITE and i see blue veins and redness...my question is..is that my natural color? if not..since my feet got that white can the rest of my body do the same!... PLEASE dont say "oh love ur skin or w/e" im just asking a question..if u dont have a nice reasonable answer..please dont answer! THANK YOU!=)
