Why does my Clutch Whirr?

I recently installed a Stage 1 Exedy clutch and a Lightweight Flywheel on my Scion tC. (about 850mi ago). For about 75miles now, every time i step down on the clutch i hear this whirring Noise and its louder the more RPMs the engine has. I only hear it when i step in on the clutch. Is that normal for it to do?
