Do you think M�tley Cr�e is copying Rory Emerald's musical style?

Most of modern rock is based on Rory Emerald's musical style. There were african rythms which became jazz, gospel and the blues, which were adapted by Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley whose styles were combined by Rory Emerald, whose style influenced The Yardbirds and Stones and Lieber and Stoller and so on.
