Internet or street drugs?
I'm sorry about your predicament. Know this, the lack of concentration, and obsessing is a symptom of all mental illnesses. Don't box yourself in and label it as ADD and blame it totally on ADD. I believe you have that, what I'm trying to get across is some patience with your mental processes. Food addiction can also be considered as 'self medicating' self medicating is anything you do to suppress symptoms of illnesses without solving them, or controlling them. There is a big difference between suppression and having symptoms under control. One thing, if you buy any amphetamines tell your partner what you are doing and have him help monitor you. Have a plan in case you freak out on the drug. You can buy meth or attempt to go thru the tricky process of buying adderall online, and hope it's the real drug. Thing is you'll probably go into a yo yo phase of being up and down, increasing your current symptoms that way. These things come and go in phases. Like a sine wave, you'll feel a little better in time. Stop self hating, all these comments are propaganda because you're a little different, I'm dam glad I'm different. You have a right to live, and grow. All many people can do is get by, maintain equilibrium. Hoping the struggle is bearable. To not live life in vain. Put out tiny efforts, like cleaning a dirty plate as you walk into the kitchen, when you eat, fill your bowl or plate and then put one scoopful of food back. You are not whining at all, you have real problems, real sickness. Right now a good thing for you to do is to get some good information, some self help books, a diet book that does not involve rigid restrictions on what food you eat, something with nutrition in mind. At the store take some time browsing the book before you buy. Some you will find just don't speak to you. I myself am addicted to coffee and internet. that's why I clicked because I thought you were talking about internet addiction in the heading.
