Is my bathroom wall Asbestos the code on it says A Board 69 0366. Need to start reno soon any help appreciated?

The ONLY way to tell if something is asbestos is to have it tested. Here in the USA, before any renovation, either the owner or the contractor has to test, no matter the age of the building. This is done by hiring or using a licensed asbestos inspector. Down under your rules may be a bit different, but look in the yellow pages and find a professional to call. Even if you don't hire, they will give you the options.
