Having Trouble With Trust?

My fiance is in LA right now and im in NY. She has a house in Laguna and is friends with like brody jenner and them. She told me she was gonna call me back two nights ago and didnt, she went up to Laguna yesterday and didnt contact me for the whole day/night. Its afternoon and I still havent heard anything. It could be bad service, but I highly doubt its impossible for her to get ahold of me. Shes a good girl who actually still has morals and I actually competed with him for her, but im wondering what she is up to. I know shes around a ton of guys, and im trying to trust her, but when she doesnt contact me the whole time it makes me wonder. Even though she hates cheating, it isnt hard to tip toe out the door when you have been drinking. Do you think I should just relax and trust that she really is a good girl, or question her?
