OK, so what makes you think there would have to be a male role model in an all female society? I would expect that if suddenly all humans became female, there would be no need for any dominant and submissive role as there exists today with two genders. In aual species (slugs and some snails for example) in the animal world, there is NO dominant/submissive relationship. You are biased based on prurient interest. There is nothing to have "fun" with here. You are imposing existing male/female roles into a single gender society and there is nothing which says that role model situation has to carry over from a 2 gender situation to a single gender situation.
