HELP! What does it mean to have short shooting pains around the after enema use?

Today, I used an enema on myself. I didn't force it in harshly, but there was immediate pain upon removal. The pain then became just a little discomfort, then about 5 hours later became intermittent shooting pain, feeling just around the maybe a little bit inside. No blood detected at all, but I am so scared that I injured myself in some way.
