What should all of the world's governments do to stop overpopulation in the world?

they should castrate and sterilise the men and women who, do not contribute to society (in cases of the western world ie those who are contributing to broken britain, the lay abouts and chavs. national service will prevent the problem of teen pregnancies and street crime) and in developing countries they should do the same in terms of preventing pregnancies until, they have a stable enough society to bring children in to. but, human rights, i'm afraid, gets in the way of logic!!
