What are our imagination and visions made of?

Dreams and visions live for many reasons. Determination to make them be is one, especially when it is a personal goal. When it's large scale, great leader magnitude, charisma has everything to do with it. The one thing all great leaders have in common is charisma. Ppl follow them. The dream is sold based on ppl's belief in the person selling. The vision itself often is secondary or not even seen.
