On SuperBowl Sunday I was in a horrific car accident. It still haunts me. Is this normal?

yes, i was in a bad car accident last August 18th,07. i still have nitemares about it, not as often as first. i was told to see a shrink. instead my physical therapist help me get it out. 9 mnths now & in a few weeks i'm going into have surgery on my neck n back. I was t-boned as a penger. I've got to have a cuople disks removed. yeehaw, i want my life back. Hang in there talk about it try to get it out of your head it helps! goodluck. your situation different from mine so see someone if its still bad 4 you. i know im not to fond of bein in yhe penger seat, i dont even like to drive.
