Any Idea about Indiana Felony Charges?

My brother was arrested and charged with a D- Felony for auto theft, Failure to appear, and C-Felony for burglary. The auto theft and burglary charges are related. The only charge that has a bond is the failure to appear and its $2550. So i was wondering if there's anyone who knows anything about Indiana or porter county jails? What do you think will happen sentence wise? Do you think we should get a lawyer ASAP? Thank You for your advice.
